Pineapple Chia Pudding

A Dessert for breakfast, when fresh pineapple in season. Another recipe to try for. INGREDIENTS: THE PUDDING  3 Tbsp chia seeds1 cup plain milk (or soy milk or any other plant-based milk of your choice)1 tsp of Vanilla extract.1/8 tsp cinnamon2 tsp of honey or maple syrupFew pieces of pineapple slices INGREDIENTS: TOPPINGS Few Slices of PineappleFew raisinsSome coconut flakes DIRECTIONS 1.Put all the pudding ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir to combine. 2.Cover and let it sit in the fridge for 2-3 hrs or until the chia seeds forms the jelly like consistency.
